BonBon Inc. ("BonBon", "we") provides Sneaky Link, a link-in-bio page service, and Guardian Angel, a content-protection tool. By creating an account or using a page, you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Agencies must have authority to manage every creator they add, and are responsible for what is published for them.
You are responsible for your account, your pages, and everything you publish, including links, images and text. You confirm you have the rights to what you publish and that every person who appears in it is an adult who consented.
You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to host and display it to operate the service.
We host your page and link out to the places you choose. We do not process, hold or touch payments between you and your fans. Those happen on the sites you link to, under their terms.
We may remove content, suspend a page, or close an account if we believe it breaks these terms or the law, if we receive a valid report, or if we are required to by a legal order. Where we can, and where it is lawful, we will tell you why.
A name you claim under our domain (for example name.sneakylink.us) is a license to use that address while your account is in good standing. It is not a transferable property right. If you use your own domain, you control it, and you can move your page: you can download it at any time from the page editor.
Paid plans renew until canceled. If a payment fails, paid features stay on for a grace period before they lock. A lapsed plan does not take your page offline. Prices and plan features may change with notice.
We work to keep the service running and back up your data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and BonBon is not liable for lost revenue, lost audience, or indirect damages. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
